Cody Calafiore Bio, Life, and Career:
Cody Calafiore was born on December 13th, 1990 in the city of Hackensack, which is located in the state of New Jersey. Calafiore began his education at Monmouth University, where he played on the school’s varsity soccer team [3, 4]. He then transferred to Temple University, where he attended the Fox School of Business and Management and earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Between the years 2010 and 2012, he was a member of the soccer team for the Temple Owls. During the preseason, he had a tryout with the Columbus Crew, before he suffered an ankle injury that ended his career as a soccer player. On Day 1 of the Big Brother competition, Calafiore was one of the first groups of participants to enter the house. On Day 2, he joined forces with Derrick Levasseur to form a group that they called “The Hitmen.”
Throughout the course of the season, the two of them conspired against each other with the end goal in mind of becoming the two players who were still competing in the game on the final night. Calafiore was the first person to win Head of Household (HOH) in Week 2, but his victory was overturned because producers noticed that he touched the ground before he struck the bell. Calafiore was a co-winner of Head of Household in week 4, along with Frankie Grande, and she chose to put Brittany Martinez and Victoria Rafaeli up for eviction. As a result of Calafiore’s nominees performing poorly in the Battle of the Block competition, Calafiore was able to keep his position as Head of Household, whereas Grande was removed from power.
Calafiore made an appearance in an advertisement for the American underwear company C-IN2 in the year 2014. He also appeared in multiple issues of Seventeen magazine as a member of the Hot Guys Panel. Before making his debut on television, Calafiore worked for Total Entertainment in Hackensack, New Jersey, for a period of two years in the capacity of the event host. In 2015, he also worked with ADP as a sales associate for a period of six months. After making an appearance on season 16 of Big Brother, Calafiore decided to contract with the modeling firm Soul Artist Management, which is situated in New York.
Since then, he has been featured in publications such as Winq Magazine, Men’s Fitness Magazine, LOVE Magazine, Risbel Magazine, and others. in addition to writing a total of three editorials for The Fashionisto. As a model, Calafiore has walked the runway for Malan Breton, Gents, and Ricardo Seco, among other designers. What Happened Last Night was an independent film that Calafiore appeared in as a co-star in the year 2016. In October 2019, Calafiore became a member of Keller Williams Realty and began representing the town of Shrewsbury in New Jersey. In July 2021, he started a podcast with another Big Brother winner named “The Winner’s Circle.” On it, he and Derrick Levasseur talk about the most recent season of Big Brother.
During the eighth week of the competition, Head of Household Grande placed Calafiore and Caleb Reynolds on the Block of Nominations. Both Calafiore and Reynolds were eliminated from the Battle of the Block competition, which means they are still on the block. After Grande utilized the power of the vote against Caleb and backdoored Rance, Calafiore was eventually put up for nomination alongside his erstwhile ally Zach Rance. The eviction was unsuccessful for Calafiore. He won the Head of Household competition for the second time in Week 9 and became the first solo HOH of the season. He put forward Donny Thompson and Nicole Franzel as candidates for elimination from the competition. During the same week, Calafiore was awarded his first Power of Veto and chose to maintain the status quo with the nominations, which led to Thompson’s elimination from the competition.
The Head of Household, Grande, put Calafiore and Rafaeli up for nomination during Week 11 of the competition. In spite of this, both Calafiore and Rafaeli were able to avoid being eliminated as a result of a twist that reset the game by one week. Calafiore won his second and third Powers of Veto of the season during the 12th week of the competition. On Day 90, he cast the lone vote that was necessary to vote Reynolds out of the game. He was the Head of Household for the last time on Day 97 of the competition. In a decision that many viewers consider to be among the worst in the history of the program, he voted Rafaeli out of the competition and advanced his ally, Levasseur, to the final two.
Paulie Calafiore, who is Calafiore’s older brother, competed in season 18 of Big Brother and finished in ninth place. Calafiore made her comeback to the show in 2020 to take part in the second season of the All-Star competition. He won Head of Household for the first, eighth, ninth, and twelfth weeks, giving him a total of four triumphs and reigns. A total of four Player of the Week awards went to him thanks to victories in weeks 3, 8, 9, and 11. Even though he wasn’t even up for nomination, he made it to the final three. Calafiore became the first ever houseguest to win the final Head of Household competition twice.
He also became the first ever houseguest to make it to the final 2 without ever being put on the block. Calafiore won the final HoH competition during the final 3 of Big Brother. Calafiore was chosen as the winner of the competition with a vote count of 9–0. [source: missing citation] After Dan Gheesling, who won Big Brother 10 and finished in second place in Big Brother 14, he became just the second houseguest in the history of Big Brother in the United States to have both won and lost in the Final 2 in the same season of the show (Big Brother 22 and Big Brother 16). He also became the second houseguest in the history of the show to never have an eviction vote cast against him, and he was the second houseguest after Gheesling to receive all of the jury votes.
