Cory Michael Smith is an American actor who gained widespread recognition for his role as “The Riddler” and “Edward Nygma” in the television series “Gotham,” which aired on Fox TV. Otterbein University awarded him a degree in art musical theater when he completed his education there. He was born and reared in Ohio. During his time as a student at the university, he participated in a number of stage performances, including “The Scene,” “Tartuffe,” and “Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?” among others.
