Gabriella Pizzolo Bio, Life and Career:
Gabriella Grace Pizzolo is an American actress and singer. She was born on March 10, 2003, in the United States. Her performances as Matilda in the Broadway productions of Matilda the Musical (2013) and Fun Home (2015) were largely responsible for launching her career on that stage.
In 2019, she became widely recognized for her performance in the character of Suzie Bingham in the Netflix series Stranger Things. Before making her debut on Broadway in the title role in Matilda the Musical, Pizzolo debuted in a number of shows on regional stages across the country.
She had tried out for the role of Matilda in the original production and earned multiple callbacks, but she was ultimately not cast. She tried out for the role once more, and this time she was successful; on December 22, 2013, she gave her debut performance in the role. As Matilda, she participated in a number of public events, including Broadway in Bryant Park and a Ralph Lauren fashion show, among others.
The performance she gave on September 13, 2014, was her last one in the role. Pizzolo was given the opportunity to audition for the part of understudy in the musical Fun Home in March of 2015. He was cast in the roles of Small Alison, Christian, and John. Pizzolo stepped into the post of Small Alison in October 2015, following the departure of Sydney Lucas, who had previously held the position.
During the time that she was employed in that capacity, she gave performances of “Ring of Keys” at a number of different events, some of which were the 20th SAGE Awards and the White House. Pizzolo was in the production up until it was shut down on September 10, 2016, when he played the role.
During month of October 2016, Pizzolo gave a performance at New York City Center as part of the concert adaptation of Sunday in the Park with George. Beginning in January 2017, she was cast in the role of Opal in the musical Because of Winn Dixie, which was performed at the Alabama Shakespeare Festival. In the 2018 series Butterbean’s Café, Pizzolo provides the voice of Cricket.
In the third season (2019) of Stranger Things, she plays the character of Suzie Bingham, and she will play the part once more in the fourth season (2022). Pizzolo and her parents and younger sister all make their home in the state’s upstate region. When Matilda was younger, she received her education at home from her mother, Natalie, who is a teacher. Pizzolo identifies as pansexual and non-binary, using she/they as their preferred pronouns.
In the show, Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin, Gabriella portrays the role of Angela Waters, a solitary teenage girl who longs to be accepted. In flashback sequences from 1999, her character is seen being supported by a group of seductive and promising young women. These scenes take place in 1999. According to Deadline, though, “her new friendship comes at a cost.”
PLL: Original Sin begins with Angela in a horrifying moment that you have to see to believe, with implications that followed the new cast of Pretty Little Liars long into the present day. You have to watch this scene to believe it. It would appear that the new letter ‘A’ is for Angela, and the focus of the series is on what occurs to Angela on the one night that will forever change her life.
People are also being urged to join the team of Woman Corp on LinkedIn, and they can do so by adding their time spent working for Woman Corp to their profile. Congresswoman Carolyn Maloney, trial lawyer Benjamin Crump, Pizzolo, author Ilyasah Shabazz, lawyer and Virginia State Senate candidate Jennifer Carroll Foy, Ogilvy’s global CEO Devika Bulchandani, Kimberly Peeler-Allen of the Center for American Women and Politics, and Mona Sinha of Equality Now are all members of the board of directors for the company.
“The Supreme Court has expanded rights for corporations while taking away fundamental rights for women and people who can become pregnant,” said Zakiya Thomas, President and CEO of the Era Coalition. At the same time, the state of our politics is so polarized that members of Congress refuse to admit that women are equal to males and should have equal protection under the law.
This is a problem since women have historically been subjected to discrimination. This is completely stupid and humiliating. Our government has to stop using our rights as political pawns and do a better job protecting them. The Equal Rights Amendment should have been passed long ago.
