Lizzie Brocheré is a French actress who has worked in film, television, and theater. She began her career as a child actress in 1995. Her name in French is pronounced [b.e], and she was born on March 22, 1985. She made the transition to English-speaking roles in the early 2010s, making appearances in dark comedic and dramatic pieces directed by Jean-Marc Barr (One to Another, with Arthur Dupont and Karl E. Landler), Eric Schaeffer (After Fall, Winter, 2011), and Brad Falchuk and Ryan Murphy (American Horror Story: Asylum, 2012–2013, in which she played Grace Bertrand), among others.
French author, actress, producer, and campaigner Lizzie Brocheré is known simply as Lizzie Brocheré. She played the main role in the science fiction television series Falling Water, which aired on Gale Anne Hurd’s network from 2016 to 2018. She is well known to audiences in the United States for playing the character of Coco in Guillermo del Toro’s The Strain and the role of Grace in FX’s American Horror Story. Brocheré started acting at a very young age and has since acted in a variety of French television episodes and films, such as Hugo Santiago’s The Wolf of the West Coast and Bac +70, for which she was awarded the prize for Best Young Actress at the Luchon Film Festival. Brocheré began her acting career at a very young age. Her major break came when she was cast in the lead part of the sensual Dogme 95 film One to Another. She appeared in Anton Corbijn’s experimental video titled “Linear” and also starred in Lou Viger’s “Do Me Love,” which was one of the earliest features to be shot with a camera. Both of these films were directed by Lou Viger. Additionally, she had a role in the virtual reality film Alteration, which made its debut at the Tribeca and Venice Film Festivals in 2017.
