Norm Augustinus Bio, Life, and Career:

Norman Theodoor Augustinus, Jr. is a citizen of the United States. Augustinus was born in Detroit, Michigan’s Hutzel Women’s Hospital when he was there for his delivery. He was born to Levontina Melnyk (Melnychuk), whose maiden name was Melnyk, and Norman Augustinus, Sr. His grandpa, Bart Theodoor Augustinus, was born in Amsterdam, but his family emigrated to the United States in 1922 via the Vermont, St. Albans Canadian Crossing after fleeing the Netherlands.
