Ross Golan is an American composer, record producer, and playwright Ross Golan was born on April 8, 1980, and he has won multiple awards and earned multiple platinum certifications for his work. Golan signed a number of different record deals, the first of which was in 2003 with Insider Trading Corporation/EMI, athat he established while he was still attending school. The record company collaborated with Phil Quatararo, who was serving as president of EMI at the time, to issue Reagan Baby.
