Shankar Vedantam Bio, Life, and Career:

Popular American journalist, scientific correspondent, and author Shankar Vedantam. He comes up with the concept for Hidden Brain and also hosts it. Vedantam is a multi-genre author who has penned both fiction and nonfiction. In 2004, the Brick Playhouse in Philadelphia staged his farce Tom, Dick, and Harriet, and in 2005, his short story collection The Ghosts of Kashmir was released to the public.
