Theresa Elizabeth Polo is a well-known American actress. She was born on June 1st, 1969. She played the part of policewoman Stef Adams Foster in the Freeform series The Fosters (2013–2018) and its spinoff Good Trouble (2019–), as well as the role of Pamela Martha Focker (née Byrnes) in the Meet the Parents trilogy.
