Tom Rhodes Bio, Life, and Career:

Tom Rhodes, an alt-country singer/songwriter, was born in Houston but spent his formative years in the Washington, D.C. region, where he honed his craft by performing at local watering holes. After relocating to New York in 2003, he spent the next several years honing his songwriting skills and releasing 2004’s self-titled debut and 2006’s stylistically varied No Apologies. Over the course of the next few years, he would relocate many times, first to North Carolina and then, in 2011, just before the release of his third album, Better Son, to San Francisco.
