Tonya Mosley is a multi-award-winning journalist in radio, television, and podcasting, including the Emmy and the Murrow.  Prior to the year 2022, Mosley served as a co-host on the midday talk show Here & Now broadcast on both NPR and WBUR, along with Robin Young and Scott Tong. She was honored with a fellowship in journalism from the John S. According to the report by Folkenflik, Mosley was able to purchase the rights to the podcast from KQED in San Francisco.

In 2019, the station will restart the program with Mosley as the host. In an interview with Current from the previous year, Mosley suggested that NPR and stations should think about new ways to retain employees, one of which is having conversations about intellectual property rights with program creators.
