Lil Reese Bio, Life, and Career:

Tavares Taylor, better known by his stage name Lil Reese, is an American rapper and performing artist who is currently under contract with Def Jam Recordings. After gaining notoriety for his appearance on the platinum-selling single “I Don’t Like” by the rapper Chief Keef, he published his own rap videos on YouTube. ‘Beef,’ ‘Us,’ ‘Traffic,’ and ‘Bang Like Chop’ are just a few of the most well-known tunes that he has released.

In 2012, the popular rapper worked on a remix of his smash single ‘Us’ with other musicians, including Rick Ross and Drake, among others. The song was a success, and it was eventually included on the compilation album ‘The Black Bar Mitzvah’ that was put together by Rick Ross.

It was highly appreciated by the media and eventually led to other collaborations with other rappers such as Fredo Santana, Rico Recklezz, Lil Durk, Lil Bibby, Young Jeezy, and Twista. In 2013, he came out with a reworked version of his successful tune “Traffic,” which featured other artists such as Twista and Young Jeezy. Additionally, the artist worked together on the song “Bodies” with Juelz Santana, as well as “S.O.S. (Smash On Sight)” with Cap 1 and Lil Durk.

The early years of Lil Reese’s childhood were marred by gang violence and affiliation, much like the early lives of a large number of other African-American children who grew up in Chicago, Illinois. The gangster’s way of life had a significant amount of impact on him. The exposure that he required came to him as a result of his participation in Chief Keef’s “I Don’t Like,” which brought him to the attention of the hip-hop music producer “No ID.”

It was a turning moment in Reese’s career when she began working with someone like No ID, who had previously collaborated with some of the top rap artists in the world, such as Kanye West and Common. Soon after that, he inked a deal with Def Jam Recordings.

Even though he had already released a few tracks that were successful, he didn’t start recording regularly until 2013, when he began working with some of the most well-known artists in the rap industry. He worked with Lil Durk on the songs “Competition” and “Street Life,” both of which earned positive feedback from listeners. Another successful single was titled “No Lackin,” and it featured rap performances by Funkmaster Flex, Waka Flocka Flame, and Wale.

In 2014, two of his tracks, ‘On My Soul’ featuring Lil Herb and ‘On A T-Shirt’ featuring Piles, were popular with listeners and became hits. When he worked with Fredo Santana on the songs ‘Bad Habits’ and ‘Go To War’ in 2015, he scored two of his most successful singles to date. Since the beginning of his career, Lil Reese has been involved in a variety of controversial situations.

In May of 2010, a court judged him responsible for the burglary charges against him and sentenced him to two years of probation. That Reese was seen on October 24, 2012, in a video uploaded to YouTube, along with another man, viciously attacking Tiairah Marie while they were both at a party.

He was taken into custody but later freed on a bond of $100,000 USD. Tiairah’s response was one of disdain, and she just ignored what had happened while Reese subsequently apologized to the woman, admitting that what she had done wasn’t appropriate.

However, this is not the end of the unpleasant aspect that permeates his career. It is well known that he is a member of the gang known as the “Black Disciples,” which is believed to be at odds with another gang known as the “Gangster Disciples.” Even the rapper Joseph ‘Lil JoJo’ Coleman, who was a member of the opposing gang, and had beefed with each other up to September 4, 2012, when Joseph ‘Lil JoJo’ Coleman was shot and killed by unknown gunmen.

In the wake of the tragedy, Chief Keef, a member of the group known as “Black Disciples,” sent out a controversial tweet in which he stated, “It’s Sad Cuz That Nigga Jojo Wanted to Be Just Like Us #LMAO.” After some time, he asserted that someone had hacked into his account.

Both he and Lil Reese are still being investigated as the primary suspects in Lil JoJo’s murder. Additionally, Reese has been taken into custody on many occasions for being in possession of marijuana. It is unknown whether or whether Lil Reese is currently dating anyone, however on June 15, 2014, he became a father for the first time by giving birth to his daughter Aubri.
