An American actor by the name of Christopher Allen Lloyd was born on October 22, 1938. Since the 1960s, he has made numerous stage performances as well as appearances in movies and television shows. He is well-known for playing Dr. Emmett “Doc” Brown in the 1985–1990 Back to the Future trilogy and Jim Ignatowski in the 1978–1983 comedy series Taxi, for which he received two Emmy Awards.
