Concetta Sellecchia was born to Italian immigrants Primo and Ann Sellecchia on May 25, 1955, in The Bronx, New York. She had a sibling, Vincent Sellecchia, and a sibling, Rosann Mack, with whom she grew up. She attended ‘Pomona Junior High School’ after moving to Pomona, New York with her family when she was 12 years old.
