Jenna Wortham is a well-known journalist in the United States. They have a job as a culture journalist for The New York Times Magazine and also co-host the podcast Still Processing with Wesley Morris for The New York Times. Along with Kimberly Drew, Wortham released an anthology of creative works by black artists and writers in the year 2020 under the title Black Futures. Wortham began their career as a journalist by working as a freelancer in San Francisco. After that, they went to work for Wired until they were hired by the Times in 2008.

Wortham spent his childhood in Alexandria, Virginia, and later attended the University of Virginia to earn a degree in medical anthropology. They received their diploma in 2004.
