John Smoltz Bio, Life and Career:

John Andrew Smoltz was birth on May 15th, 1967, in the city of Warren, which is located in Michigan. He was recognized as an All-State performer in baseball and basketball while attending Waverly High School in Lansing, Michigan, from which he graduated. After John Smoltz completed his education and graduated, he was selected by the Detroit Tigers in the twenty-second round of the 1985 free-agent draft.
