Nia King Bio, Life, and Career:

Nia King is a queer artist-activist, multimedia journalist, podcaster, public speaker, and zine maker. She is of mixed race, having ancestry that includes Black, Lebanese, and Hungarian. Oakland, in the state of California, is her home. Nia conducts interviews with queer and transgender artists for her podcast titled “We Want the Airwaves.” These interviews focus on the artists’ lives as well as their artwork.
