In the past, she competed for Bill McAnally Racing in the ARCA Menards Series West on a full-time basis as well as in the ARCA Menards Series East on a part-time basis.
Zamora competed in super late model races all throughout the state circuits of Washington and Oregon before making the jump to NASCAR. She competed in the Northwest Super Late Model Series in 2017 and 2018, at which time she made history by becoming the first woman ever to win a race and the series championship.
She raced in the series for two years in a row and won the championship both times. In the Whelen All-American Series competition that took place in 2018, Zamora was named the Rookie of the Year for the state of Washington. She was one of 12 drivers that received an invitation to participate in the 2019 NASCAR Drive for Diversity combine. It was announced in January 2019 that Zamora will be driving the No. 99 Toyota Camry for Bill McAnally Racing. He would compete in the K&N Pro Series West on a full-time basis and in the K&N Pro Series East on a part-time basis.
On January 14, 2020, McAnally disclosed the drivers who will compete in the 2020 West Series, and Zamora’s name was not among them. Her spot in the team’s No. 99 car for the entire season was taken over by Gracie Trotter, a newcomer to the sport.
Zamora made the announcement that she would be returning to the West Series on March 16, 2020. She stated that she would be competing in the race at Irwindale Speedway for Jefferson Racing while driving the No. 42 Ford. In the end, this was the only stock car race that she competed in during the season.
Zamora made his debut in the ARCA Menards Series in 2021. He did so by taking part in the series preseason test session in January at Daytona, which was held in advance of the first race of the season, which was held there in February. During the test session, Zamora drove his own No. 7 car for driver Eric Caudell, who was driving the other car. Zamora was driving for Rette Jones Racing in their No. 30 car when Caudell returned as the driver of his car for the Daytona race. Caudell’s car had been driven by Zamora previously.
Zamora made history at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway when she became the first woman to win a race in the premier division of the track when she took the checkered flag on the 100-lap Pro Late Model feature event on October 9, 2021.
